Refund Policy

General policy
Northstar may offer refunds at its discretion subject to the rules below. Refund requests can be sent to support@northstarqualityinstitute.com.
Eligible refund cases
Refunds may be considered if a duplicate purchase occurs, if a technical issue prevents reasonable access to the final exam, or if a billing error is confirmed.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not available after a candidate has started a paid final exam, completed a final exam, or received a certificate, unless required by law or caused by a verified platform issue.
Practice content
Free practice tests are provided so candidates can evaluate the certification before purchase. Candidates are encouraged to use practice content before buying a final exam.
Chargebacks and disputes
Northstar reserves the right to suspend access, revoke credentials, or limit future purchases where fraudulent payment activity or abusive chargeback behavior is detected.

Northstar may revise this refund policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
