Acceptance of terms
By using Northstar Quality Institute services, including practice tests, exam content, certificates, and related pages, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Northstar services is lawful in your jurisdiction and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
Exam conduct
Candidates must not impersonate another person, share paid exam materials, misuse credential records, or attempt to interfere with exam delivery, scoring, or platform operation.
Certificates and credential use
Northstar may issue digital certificates to candidates who satisfy the applicable exam requirements. Credentials may be revoked if issued based on false information, misuse, cheating, or other policy violations.
Independent status
Northstar is an independent credential provider. Use of Northstar certifications does not imply affiliation with ASQ or any third-party certification body unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual property
Exam questions, site copy, trademarks, layouts, and supporting content are owned by or licensed to Northstar and may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without permission.
Disclaimer
Northstar certifications are educational and professional signaling tools. They do not guarantee employment, promotion, compensation outcomes, or regulatory standing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northstar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
Northstar may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
